Warranty Information

Thank you for purchasing an Epic Timepiece, and directly improving the life of an individual in need.

Damaged/Defective Timepieces
If you receive a damaged or defective timepiece, at our discretion, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product within thirty (30) days of the original purchase. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for the replacement items.

Limited Warranty
All Epic timepieces come with a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of purchase covering material and workmanship defects. A copy of the receipt/invoice is required for proof of purchase.

If there is a malfunction due to the materials or manufacturing of the timepiece under normal use, Epic will either repair or replace the timepieces, at its option. In case of replacement, Epic cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model timepiece. If your model is not available, a timepiece of equal value and similar style will be provided. The warranty for the replacement timepiece will include an additional one (1) year warranty from the date it is received by the consumer.

The one (1) year limited warranty does not include the life of the battery, damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, normal wear and tear, accidents, loss or theft.

The warranty will be considered void if the timepiece casing is opened, the crown is opened underwater, or if the timepiece is exposed to improper moisture or heat. The timepiece is not recommended for submersion in water of any temperature. Malfunction due to swimming, bathing, or any other water activity is not covered under the limited warranty.

Timepieces that are eligible for warranty service or replacement will be given an authorization code and a shipping address. Please send the authorization code along with a copy of the receipt when shipping the timepiece to Epic. All shipping costs of products to Epic shall be paid by the customer. Epic will pay for the shipment of the return product to the customer.
